Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus

Method

1. Pat 4 salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming. 3. Place salmon skin-side up in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy. 4. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over salmon and serve with lemon wedges. 6. Serve with asparagus or rice pilaf.
