  • 3 tablespoons scallion greens, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic-infused oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Add ground pork, breaking it apart as it cooks, 7–8 minutes until browned through. 4. Add ginger and bell pepper. Cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 5. Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry 2 minutes. 6. Pour in sauce and toss over high heat for 1 minute until everything is coated. 7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with scallion greens.
