- • 3/4 lb (340g) ground pork
- • 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- • 3 tablespoons scallion greens, sliced
- • 2 tablespoons garlic-infused oil
- • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- • 1 tablespoon honey
- • Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
1. Whisk vinegar and honey together. Set aside.
2. Heat garlic-infused oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add ground pork, breaking it apart as it cooks, 7–8 minutes until browned through.
4. Add ginger and bell pepper. Cook 3 minutes, stirring often.
5. Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry 2 minutes.
6. Pour in sauce and toss over high heat for 1 minute until everything is coated.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with scallion greens.
